David A. Tabb

David is a graduate of UCLA and attended law school at the University of Florida. David is a Member of the Florida and California bar associations. Locally, David has worked for AT&T, Terremark and Verizon in their commercial contracting divisions dealing with their largest commercial customers and has most recently been working as General Counsel for a Cyber Security start-up and an IT outsourcing company in South Florida. David helped raise in excess of $35M in series A funding. David brings over 27 years of common-sense experience in the general practice and commercial law fields. David is experienced in contract negotiations, personal injury and corporate structure, and corporate finance.

David previously was a managing attorney of a multi-state personal injury law firm. He was responsible for pre-litigation and litigation in state and federal courts involving catastrophic personal injuries. David was instrumental in successfully resolving claims for his clients that helped them recover significant compensatory damages from injuries and losses. David understands the difficulties and problems people face after suffering injuries due to car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and other debilitating tragedies. David is always available for his clients and takes each case on with the care and personal attention that everyone would expect from a seasoned litigator.
