Richard P. Pravato, Founding & Managing Attorney at Wolf & Pravato
Founding & Managing Attorney

Richard P. Pravato

Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar since 2004, and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Injury cases exclusively since 1996.

Richard is the managing attorney at the Law Offices of Wolf & Pravato. Since he began his legal career in 1996, he has exclusively represented injured people. Richard was born and raised in South Florida, which is also where he has spent his entire professional career. He attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Richard has been a Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 2004. Board Certification is the highest measure of an attorney’s competence and experience. Fewer than 1% of Florida attorneys are Board Certified in Civil Trial law. This is the credential that matters most to an insurance company, because they know they are dealing with an experienced trial attorney. For clients, it means they have an attorney who knows how to present a case to a jury and win.

Over the last three decades, Richard has litigated hundreds of cases in courts across Florida. He has also successfully negotiated settlements in thousands of personal injury cases, and he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, winning multiple seven-figure cases for his clients over the years.

Richard has been happily married for thirty years, and he is the proud father of two wonderful children.
