Terms of Use

These terms apply to wolfandpravato.com and to the messages we send you if you ask us to get in touch. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what happens to the information you give us.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from the Law Offices of Wolf & Pravato regarding your consultation request, appointment reminders, case status updates, and follow-ups about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Texting us is never the only way to reach us and stopping our texts costs you nothing. If you reply STOP we will call or email you instead, and your matter carries on exactly as it was. If a matter is urgent, call 954-522-5800 rather than texting: a person answers the phone at any hour, and a text may not be read straight away.

This site is not legal advice

What you read here is general information about Florida personal injury law, written to help you understand what usually happens in a case like yours. It is not advice about your case, because we do not know your case. Deadlines, insurance coverage and who is at fault all turn on facts that are particular to you, and the answer that is right for one person is often wrong for the next. Do not act on anything on this site, or decide not to act, without talking to a lawyer about your own situation.

No attorney-client relationship

Reading this site, sending the form, emailing us or calling us does not make us your lawyers. That relationship begins only when we and you both agree in writing that we will represent you. Until then, please do not send us confidential details of a matter, because information sent before we act for you may not be protected the way a client's information is.

Past results

Any case results, settlements or verdicts described on this site are examples of what we have recovered for particular clients in particular circumstances. They are not a promise or a prediction about your case. Every case is decided on its own facts, and the result in one says nothing certain about the result in another.

Where we practice

We are licensed in Florida and work from 5 offices in the state. Nothing on this site is an offer to practice law anywhere we are not admitted. If your matter belongs in another state we will tell you, and where it makes sense we will help you find someone who can take it.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share what is here for your own use. The text, photographs and design are ours or are licensed to us, so please do not republish them as your own. We link to outside sources, including courts, state agencies and medical references, where they are useful; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say.

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, and we correct what we find to be wrong. Law changes, and a page that was right when it was written can stop being right. The date at the top of a page tells you when it was last updated.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when what we do changes, and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by Florida law.
