Fitness Gear Inversion Table Recalled
January 2015, DICK’S Sporting Goods has voluntarily recalled the Fitness Gear Inversion Table because several customers have fallen from the table and sustained injuries. DICK’S Sporting Goods said the product manual that comes with the Fitness Gear Inversion Table clearly emphasizes the importance of making sure that the ankle locking systems are fully engaged before using the table, but some customers have fallen and sustained injuries when the ankle locking systems weren’t properly put into place.
Inversion tables with the serial/product numbers (Style STE00059FG or Style STE00118FG) that were purchased between November 2011 and September 2014 from DICK’S stores in the United States or online at DICKS.com can return the unit to a local store and receive a full refund in the form of a DICK’S Sporting Goods gift card.
If you have any safety concerns, questions on how to use the product correctly or about the return policy for the inversion table, all customers are encouraged to contact the DICK’S Customer Service team at 1-866-677-4771, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM EST.
