Meet Richard Pravato Our Founding and Managing Partner

Richard P. Pravato is one of our firm’s founding and managing partners.To better understand the experience and qualifications he brings to the firm he helped start, consider the following overview of his education and career:

• Richard attended Nova Southeastern School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 1996. Upon graduating, Richard was among the top 5% of academic performers in his class. During his time as a student, he won several Academic Excellence awards.
• Richard began litigating personal injury cases in Florida courts soon after his graduation in 1996. He would become a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, meaning the Florida Bar allows him to be identified as a “specialist” or “expert” in a particular area of law. It is worth noting that approximately 4,500 out of the 93,000 attorneys currently licensed to practice in Florida are Board Certified, highlighting the distinction of this achievement.
• Richard has proven throughout his career that he can secure both substantial settlements and jury verdicts. Types of cases he has handled include (but are not limited to) wrongful death, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other types of cases involving negligence.
